Position: Specialist I (Revenue Cycle)

Technical skills, Competencies and Experience:
• Prior experience in Family practice, multiple specialties.
• Hospital/ SNF billing knowledge.
• Eligibility and advantage verification understanding.
• Charge Posting
• Cash/Payment Posting
• Pre-authorization process knowledge.
• Accounts receivable for all payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, commercial).
• EFT/ERA Enrollments via clearing house.
• Payer portal registration.
• Insurance Calling.

Required Skills and Knowledge
• Graduate or Post-Graduate (Preferably Science Background) with valuable command over
written and spoken English.
• US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process understanding.
• Competent knowledge of computer software program with special emphasis on MS
Excel Spreadsheet, MS Outlook, MS word.
• Strong analytical,



research, written/Verbal communication skills.
• Billing and Collection experience in US healthcare industry is preferred.
• Team player and Self-motivated who can work independently.
• Experienced in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process
• Billing and Collection experience in US healthcare industry is preferred
• Competent knowledge of computer software programs and MS Office
• Multi-tasking, Detail Orientated, Quick Learner, Open to Recent ideas, Positive Attitude,
Easily Adaptive to New Situations

Required Qualifications:
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate
