Creation and Management of product data structure in PLM and ensure BOM Quality.
To support development of Design Standards Carryover Strategy in line with defined Technical Policy and Technology Roadmap for Sub-Module (Underbody Structure) and engineering of the Sub-Module (Under Body Structure) for the projects in line with the standards.
Create Technical Proposals for Current Concepts resolution of Technical Issues or Design to meet attributes.
Design the sheetmetal body parts within the materials available
Do the feasibility of the concept data
Do the first level formability check
positive understanding of the function, assembly, manufacturability, service requriement of the part.
Create Bill of material and maintain the same in PLM
Contribute in DFMEA/DFM activities
contribute in VAVE, weight reduction, Innovista initiatives
Contribute in productivity improvement
