Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee the overall operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant involving Parenteral facilities (Glass bottle LVP/SVP), OSD and ensuring smooth production, regulatory compliance, quality standards, safety, and achievement of business targets. Experience in working in PICS/EU GMP plants mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per business requirements.
Ensure compliance with EU / cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
Handle regulatory audits and customer inspections.
Monitor plant productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, utilities, and manufacturing areas.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Planning teams for timely availability of materials.
Ensure implementation of safety and EHS standards.




Lead and develop plant teams to improve performance and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Experience:
15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience in handling Parenteral / OSD manufacturing operations.
Experience in handling Tofflon/Truking Parenteral machines is an advantage.
Exposure to regulatory audits such as EU GMP, WHO, MHRA, CDSCO etc.
