Business & Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of all Head Office departments.
Ensure smooth coordination between HO and project/site teams.
Develop and implement operational strategies.
Improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.

Lead and supervise department heads.

Review cash flow, expenses, and profitability.
Approve major purchases and operational expenditures.
Ensure effective cost control and resource utilization.

Business Development

Build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.




Participate in major negotiations and contract discussions.
Support tendering and proposal strategies.
Project Monitoring
Monitor project schedules, quality, and budgets.
Ensure timely completion of projects.
Resolve inter-departmental issues affecting project execution.
Review project profitability and performance.
Administration & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Oversee legal, HR, and administrative functions.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage corporate risks and internal controls.
Reporting
Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Managing Director.
Present business performance and improvement plans.
Monitor departmental KPIs and corrective actions.
