About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher Trainee u2013 Business Development to support our B2B growth initiatives. The role involves extensive fieldwork, identifying new business opportunities, and onboarding potential business partners within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct area surveys to identify potential business partners and commercial opportunities
Visit commercial buildings, offices, and business hubs to identify potential business opportunities.
Identify and approach recent Business partners
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and business locations
Support in partner onboarding and relationship management
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights

Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Business Development
Graduate in any discipline
Solid communication and interpersonal skills




Willingness to travel extensively within Noida
Basic understanding of B2B Business (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Compensation & Advantages:
Fixed Salary: u20b915,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives (uncapped)
