Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Politics area of Chandigarh for an FB/Instagram Expert. The role involves planning and executing Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including creating and scheduling posts, managing pages, and optimizing content for engagement and reach.

The expert will monitor analytics, run paid ad campaigns, A/B test creatives and audiences, and adjust strategies based on performance data. Daily tasks include responding to comments and messages, collaborating with designers and copywriters, aligning social media content with broader digital marketing goals,



and preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram platform management, including page handling, content posting, and audience engagement.
Experience in social media advertising, such as campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and optimization for conversions and brand awareness.
Ability to work with social media analytics tools, interpret data, and convert insights into actionable strategies and performance reports.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content planning, brand positioning, and online customer behavior.
Effective written communication skills for captions, short-form content, and basic creative briefs; visual sense for collaborating on creatives.
Ability to work in office full-time in Politics of Chandigarh, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or similar workplace is preferred.
Relevant education in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in social media marketing.
