Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer with 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks, API testing, and ensuring end-to-end product quality.
The role involves working closely with development, product, and DevOps teams, contributing to test automation, performance validation, security testing, and AI-driven testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and define comprehensive test strategies and plans Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and exploratory testing Automate test cases using Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright ,and Python-based tools
Conduct API testing and backend validation using tools like Postman/cURL Identify, log, track, and validate defects across multiple settings
Work on performance and load testing (JMeter or equivalent) Perform security and accessibility testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, DevOps) Contribute to AI-based testing, prompt validation, and intelligent test generation




Generate test reports and dashboards for stakeholders Support CI/CD integration for automated test execution
Mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvements

Core Skills (Must Have)
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) & SDLC
Expertise in Manual + Automation Testing
Hands-on experience with: Robot Framework Selenium/Playwright Python
Experience in API Testing (Postman, cURL, or scripts) Test case design, execution, and defect management Experience with Git/version control systems
Knowledge of Automation Framework Design Strong debugging and analytical skills
Experience in Web Scraping & Data Validation using Python Exposure to Security Testing (SSL, Port Scanning, Subdomain Scanning)
Familiarity with n8n workflow automation Experience in AI Testing / LLM validation
Handling large-scale report automation (Excel, openpyxl) Backend/API health monitoring automation
Knowledge of Performance Testing (JMeter or similar tools)

Positive to Have -Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) Exposure to cloud platforms or microservices architecture Basic understanding of DevOps practices

Educational Qualification -Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent
