Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge technology and execution while championing the transition toward AI-augmented workflows.
The ideal candidate understands how modern applications are built, has hands-on exposure to engineering workflows, and can confidently lead complex, multi-team initiatives.
You will manage end-to-end delivery across web platforms, backend systems, and data pipelines, while actively utilizing AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and team productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle from requirement shaping and planning to delivery of cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Run Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews) and use AI insights to improve estimation, planning, and execution predictability.
Drive technical estimation, capacity planning, and resource optimization in collaboration with architects and engineering teams.
Orchestrate delivery of backend services, APIs, data pipelines/migrations, and AI/ML features,



while managing cross-team dependencies and removing blockers.
Proactively manage risks, RAID tracking, release governance, workplace readiness, testing, and deployment coordination.
Provide clear stakeholder communication and program reporting, leveraging AI to improve data visibility, documentation, and team productivity.

Required Qualifications
5+ years in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related technical leadership role.
Practical understanding of APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proven ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows for task automation, documentation, and data analysis.
Experience managing projects involving web/mobile apps, data-heavy workflows (CDP, Analytics), and AI/ML components.
Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum and mastery of tools like Jira and Confluence.
Proven ability to plan, estimate, and prioritize multiple parallel workstreams in a quick-paced setting.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical challenges into business impact.
