Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of the fleet, including cleaning, testing, repairing, maintaining, scrapping, and updating tank certificate statuses in SAP.
Prepare annual fleet budgets, monitor expenses, and conduct periodic financial analysis.
Follow up on cylinder service agreement (CSA) violations across all countries in the region and review CSA execution monthly with Account Managers (AM).
Balance outgoing fleet orders with return orders; instruct the customer service Hub to correct or confirm as necessary.
Manage fleet return status at customer sites; coordinate return issues with AM or local satellite customer service teams; ensure return orders are updated with dates and rates (DAP destination harbor).
Monitor overdue fleet returns, prepare reports, and review monthly with AM.
Create SAP orders for empty tank transfers between warehouses, sites, and customer transfilling stations.
Communicate fleet status with the Nouryon logistics Hub Team; coordinate customs clearance and timely return of empty fleets to sites.




Investigate and resolve issues related to global fleet returns.
Coordinate fleet availability and stock capacity with fleet planners; work with regional planners to balance fleet within the region.
Participate in investigations of CRM cases related to fleet issues.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of returnable packaging and dangerous goods (DG) cargo transportation is a plus.
Understanding of chemical industry conditions is highly advantageous.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills for database creation and data analysis across internal systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact globally across organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

experience with SAP/BW is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-cultural workplace.
