Experience : 5+ years
5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting in a business-facing capacity.
Solid hands-on Power BI expertise - dashboard building, data-model awareness, and DAX familiarity - able to build and to direct a developers builds.
Proven dashboard/report UX design: clean, intuitive, decision-oriented layouts.
Robust business acumen - able to learn multiple businesses quickly and translate needs into clear requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English, with daily US-hours overlap.
Experience working with BI developers / data teams and validating data for accuracy and consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering BI in a group / multi-entity or shared-services workplace.
SQL and familiarity with data warehouses and common business data sources (CRM such as Freshsales, ERP/finance, web/marketing analytics).
Power BI Service administration (workspaces, row-level security, gateways) and report governance.
Familiarity with the groups domains (e-commerce, kitchen/home, and services/workforce) - a plus.
