Requirements
6+ years of robust core Java development experience, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
Deep experience with design patterns, multi - threading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Expertise in message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes setups.
Robust analytical and problem - solving skills, with a track record of driving technical execution.

Responsibilities
Own the technical architecture, design,



and implementation of critical Java backend services.
Perform technical profiling, resolve performance bottlenecks, and optimize resource usage.
Collaborate with devops teams to implement automated deployments and monitoring.
Guide development team tasks and support cross - functional feature planning.
