AirLynx Eagle Travel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of international flight bookings, holiday packages, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with international and domestic flight bookings.
Sell and customise holiday packages based on customer requirements.
Provide accurate travel information, fare options, and itinerary planning.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain excellent customer service before and after booking.
Work with airline and travel booking systems (knowledge of GDS is an advantage).
Requirements
Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred.
Knowledge of international flight bookings and holiday packages.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems.
Sales experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS systems.
Knowledge of tourist visas and travel insurance.
Solid sales and customer handling skills.
