Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, building, and maintaining web applications that power AcreAce’s AI-driven real estate platform. This full time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves collaborating with product, design, and data teams to implement user-facing features and robust backend services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing scalable APIs, integrating AI and data services, ensuring responsive and secure front-end experiences, and optimizing performance across the stack. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes,



while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications
Solid front-end development skills, ideally in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular), along with HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
Solid backend development experience using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar, with a focus on building scalable APIs and microservices.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and general web application security principles.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration or data-driven applications is a plus, especially in domains like real estate or property analytics.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code, perform thorough testing, and participate in peer code reviews.
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional on-site team in Kochi.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
