Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Event Management.
10–15 years of leadership experience in events/promotions.
Strong creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Lead event strategy, planning, and execution.
Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
Drive innovation in event formats and technologies.
Build and mentor a high-performing team.
Develop long-term event strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify current business opportunities and partnerships.
Forecast industry trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
Prepare and manage budgets for events and campaigns.
Monitor ROI and profitability of projects.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
