Accountant Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
Prepare payment vouchers and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate debtor and creditor records.

Taxation & Compliance
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory working papers.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance.
Maintain records for audits and regulatory requirements.

Payroll Support
Assist in salary processing, attendance verification, and statutory deductions.
Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement statements.

Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Real Estate Accounting
Maintain project-wise accounts and expense records.




Record land purchase, construction, and development expenses.
Coordinate with sales and legal teams for financial documentation.

Documentation & Coordination
Maintain financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Support management with financial data and reports.
