Role & responsibilities

Financial Management
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable accounting standards.

Taxation & Compliance
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
Handle tax assessments, notices, and compliance with regulatory authorities.

Audit & Internal Controls
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and legal requirements.

Real Estate Accounting
Monitor project-wise accounting, costing, and profitability.
Verify land purchase, development, and construction-related transactions.
Track project budgets, expenses, and revenue recognition.
Coordinate with project, legal, and sales teams for financial documentation.

Banking & Finance
Manage banking operations, loan documentation, and fund utilization.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project finance.
Monitor working capital and cash flow requirements.

Accounts & Reporting
Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Review accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.




Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
Support due diligence, land acquisitions, and investment evaluations.

Team Coordination
Guide and supervise the finance and accounts team.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, banks, and government authorities.
Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 38 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry preferred.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Experience in project accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audits.
Proficient in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
