Job Summary

HopUp India is looking for an energetic and responsible Floor Manager to manage day-to-day floor operations at our Zirakpur gaming & entertainment centre. The role involves team supervision, customer experience, crowd management, safety, and smooth functioning of all gaming/activity zones.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day operations of the gaming floor.
Supervise and guide floor staff, Customer Service and Guest Relations teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints/escalations professionally.
Monitor gaming zones, arcade machines and attractions to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with the Technical/Maintenance team for machine or equipment issues.
Manage staff deployment, shift allocation, attendance, grooming and discipline.
Ensure proper crowd management, especially during weekends and peak hours.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and overall floor presentation.
Ensure all SOPs,



safety procedures and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with F&B;, Housekeeping, Technical and other departments for smooth centre operations.
Support upselling, promotions and customer engagement initiatives to achieve operational and revenue targets.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key issues to management.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years in Floor Operations / Customer Service / Team Handling.
Experience in Gaming Zones, Amusement Parks, FECs, Hospitality, Retail, Cinema or Entertainment industry will be preferred.
Robust leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent customer complaint and grievance handling skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
