Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role with Flipkart, located in Kurnool. The role involves handling day-to-day store or warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory, processing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. The team member will support customer service activities, such as responding to queries, coordinating with delivery partners, and resolving basic issues related to orders.

The role also includes maintaining accurate records, following safety and quality guidelines, and working closely with colleagues to meet operational targets.



The individual is expected to follow company policies, adhere to schedules, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust basic communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.

Candidates should possess practical skills in handling inventory, basic documentation, and use of mobile or computer-based applications for order processing.

Relevant experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or customer service is beneficial.

A minimum educational qualification at the high school or equivalent level is preferred; additional vocational or technical training is an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Kurnool, follow shift schedules, and perform role-related physical tasks as needed.
