Preparation of historical data for variance analysis and budget preparation.
Review and analysis of procedural activities to check the instances of revenue losses and suggest the possible alternatives & optimum course to contain the same.
Audit of various areas including Operating Expenses, Receivables, Payables, Taxation, Inventory & Stores, P2P, Capex, Scrap etc.
Preparation of Audit reports, discussion with department heads and finance head, review of internal controls
Complete Responsibility of factory accounting and accountable for the monthly closing process and Plant MIS.
Preparation of Fixed Asset register.
Material cost analysis and monthly reporting of the same to top management,



Costing for recent products & Cost maintenance Review and improvement of various policies i.e. procurement, transport operations etc.
Lead Internal Audits of various processes including Vendor Development, Procurement, Press Shop, Engine and Transmission Shop, Assembly Shop, Sales & Logistics, CKD & DKD, Indirect Tax, Finance & HR etc.
Analyze data, find out Red Flags, investigate variances, substantiate with documents etc.
Assess risk at the activity, process, and subprocess level, evaluate controls and report control gaps.

Preferred candidate profile

Education CA, CA inter, CMA Experience – 8 – 12 years
