Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to strategically lead, manage, and expand our diverse educational initiatives, encompassing K12 institutions. The CEO will hold overarching responsibility for operational excellence, business growth, strategic planning, and achieving institutional objectives across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct the strategic vision, growth, and operational management of all educational entities within the group.
Oversee the establishment and scaling of current institution initiatives from inception to operational stability.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure operational effectiveness, including staffing, financial management, resource allocation, infrastructure development, and regulatory compliance.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all institutions.
Represent the group effectively to external stakeholders, including government bodies, accrediting agencies,



partner institutions, and the wider educational community.

Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate preferably MBA from reputed institute having in-depth knowledge of strategy formulation.
Minimum 15 years of skilled experience, including at least 5 years in top leadership roles overseeing multiple K12 schools and/or technical institutions.
Experience in launching and scaling educational projects (K12 and higher education) from the ground up.
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence, managing diverse teams and institutional processes.
Robust track record in both sales/business development and operational management within the education sector.
Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Deep knowledge of education sector regulations, governance structures, and market dynamics.
