We are a growing Paradigm Tiles & Quartz Warehouse Unit based in Hyderabad, specializing in the storage, distribution, and supply of premium tiles and quartz surfaces. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, inventory records, invoicing, and warehouse documentation.

Accounts & Billing
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, quotations, delivery challans, and e-way bill documentation (if applicable).
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Record receipts, payments, bank transactions, and petty cash.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Assist with GST data preparation and monthly accounting reports.

Inventory & Warehouse Management
Maintain accurate inventory records for tiles and quartz slabs.
Record inward and outward movement of stock.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates and dispatches.

Documentation & MIS
Maintain proper records of invoices, purchase orders, transport documents, and warehouse records.




Generate daily and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of experience in Accounts, Billing, Inventory, or Warehouse Accounting.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
Solid understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.
