Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end Cash on Delivery (COD) operations. The role involves overseeing COD reconciliations, cash governance, compliance, stakeholder management, team leadership, audit coordination, and delivering actionable business insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have a robust finance and operations background with the ability to drive process improvements in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end COD lifecycle, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation, settlements, and exception management.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure completeness and accuracy of COD transactions.
Investigate cash shortages, excess cash, delayed deposits, and other reconciliation breaks by conducting detailed root cause analysis (RCA).
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Banking, Payment, Security, and Technology teams to resolve discrepancies within defined SLAs.
Monitor ageing of unreconciled items and drive timely closure of open exceptions.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, SOPs,



and compliance requirements related to COD operations.
Identify control gaps, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring discrepancies.
Lead and mentor the COD operations team, ensuring process adherence, performance management, training, and capability development.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering cash reconciliation status, ageing, exception trends, recovery status, and operational KPIs.
Generate actionable business insights and present key risks, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, reconciliation accuracy, and operational productivity.
Partner with Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams by providing reconciliations, supporting documentation, and timely closure of audit observations.
Ensure audit readiness by maintaining robust documentation, governance standards, and process controls.
