Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead end-to-end UI architecture, design, and development for enterprise applications.
Drive best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization across UI teams.
Evaluate and recommend up-to-date UI frameworks, tools, and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsbackend, DevOps, product, UX—to shape technical solutions.

Front-End Development (React)
Architect and build scalable, component-driven SPAs using React.js and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux, React Query, etc.).
Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI components.
Ensure seamless state management, routing, and application performance tuning.

Cloud & DevOps (AWS)
Design and deploy front-end applications on AWS using services such as:
S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, Cloudwatch

Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure optimizations.

API Integration & Backend Collaboration

Integrate complex REST APIs and ensure secure, efficient data flows.
Work closely with backend developers to define API contracts and data models.




Optimize front-end logic for scalability, caching, and error handling.

Team Mentoring & Delivery

Mentor UI engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, and delivery of high-quality features.
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional front-end/UI development experience using React
Expert-level skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
Robust understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design, and UI/UX best practices.
Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS.
Deep experience with REST API integration, JSON, and API design principles.
Proficiency in build tools and bundlers: Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn.
Solid understanding of caching, security, and performance optimization strategies.
Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
