Role & Responsibilities
Drive showroom and project sales to achieve revenue targets.
Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, HNI & institutional clients.
Build strong customer relationships and promote current collections.
Manage store operations, inventory, billing, and stock.
Train the sales team and ensure excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/Diploma/MBA with 6+ years in Furniture, Home Furnishing, Interior Products, or Project Sales.
Solid network of Architects, Designers, Builders, and HNI clients.
Valuable communication, sales, negotiation, and team management skills.
Experience in showroom operations and achieving sales targets.
