ACN Motors is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations. Candidates with truck or heavy vehicle workshop experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
Supervise technicians and mechanics on the workshop floor
Allocate repair and service work to mechanics
Monitor job progress and ensure work quality
Coordinate with service advisors and customers
Maintain workshop discipline and workflow
Ensure vehicles are delivered on time
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in automobile workshop
Experience in truck / heavy vehicle service is an advantage
Good leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of vehicle repair process
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
