Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gen-AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Python-based backend development, Large Language Models (LLMs), and contemporary AI frameworks, along with hands-on experience in building scalable, production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Develop robust and scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI for AI-driven applications.
Build and optimize retrieval pipelines using vector databases and frameworks such as LangChain.
Integrate and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Search.
Develop intelligent Copilot-style assistants to automate workflows and enhance user productivity.
Perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization to improve model accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.
Ensure production readiness by implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in software development with solid expertise in Python.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI application development.
Proficiency in FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
Experience with LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, etc.).
Experience in building Copilot or conversational AI applications.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable system design.
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, or similar).

Good to Have
Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or working with open-source models.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Exposure to MLOps practices and AI model lifecycle management.
Experience in building enterprise-grade AI applications with security and compliance considerations.
