Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete HR function across all operational locations.
Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational and service objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of field, support, and call centre associates.
Experience in industrial relations and union negotiations to maintain a harmonious work setting.
Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment, and Labour Laws.
Coordinate statutory and HR audits and ensure timely resolution of all audit observations.
Manage payroll, attendance, and workforce scheduling efficiently through HRMS software.
Drive employee engagement, welfare, and grievance redressal initiatives.
Implement fair and transparent performance appraisal and disciplinary systems.
Maintain robust liaison with labour departments and government authorities.
Optimize manpower planning and cost control through data-driven HR analytics.
Lead HR digital transformation and process automation initiatives across the organization.
