We are looking for a housekeeping supervisor who manages day-to-day cleaning operations, staff coordination, and quality control.
Key duties include assigning daily tasks, inspecting facilities, and managing inventory.
Staff Management and Training
Assign daily cleaning routines and shifts to staff members.
Provide orientation and hands-on training for recent hires.
Monitor team performance and address attendance or conduct.
Quality Control and Inspections
Inspect rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet cleanliness standards.
Report property damages and maintenance needs for quick repair.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Inventory and Guest Services
Track and reorder cleaning supplies, chemicals, and linens.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special instructions.
Help clean rooms and spaces directly during staff shortages
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
