About The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR, and business operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Help streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
Learn and leverage AI tools and HR software to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with different teams to support business operations as the company scales.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
Comfortable learning and using current software and AI tools.
Willingness to contribute across recruitment, HR, and business operations.
Comfortable working from the office full-time.
Comfortable around dogs and other pets, as we're a pet hygiene startup and our furry friends occasionally visit the office.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays working
2nd and 4th Saturdays off
Sunday: Weekly Off
