Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications using React/Node, C# and Microservices.
Write optimized T-SQL queries and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server.
Architect and design scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems.
Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Review code and ensure adherence to best practices in design, development, and documentation.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership and support.
Evaluate and adopt recent tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve team productivity.
Ensure quality and performance of applications through testing, performance tuning,



and monitoring.
Participate in Agile develop ment practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Nice to Have (Preferred)
Knowledge in ASP.Net (Web Forms, Web API)
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with Angular UI framework has weightage.
Exposure to AI/ML technologies or frameworks is a robust plus.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development settings
