At The Artonaut, we are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Studio Production Assistant for our stationery brand, Little Bit of Me® (LBM), to join our team in Mumbai. This is a hybrid hands-on role: roughly 50% digital/print design and 50% physical production execution (crafting, order prep, and catalog testing).

You don't need years of experience, but you must be process-driven, punctual, tech-literate, and comfortable doing physical assembly alongside design work on screen.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Layout: Create layouts for stationery, packaging, and digital assets (Amazon listing graphics, banners, and catalog updates).
Pre-Press Setup: Prepare vector files with accurate specs (CMYK, bleed margins, vector cut lines for die-cutting).
Production & Crafting: Assist with physical cutting, crafting, assembling, and packaging orders in the studio.
R&D; Support: Help prototype current product concepts, test materials, and maintain catalog inventory.
Daily Communication: Flag delays early, log task progress, and follow studio schedules strictly.

Requirements
Location: Resident of Mumbai with a reasonable daily commute to the studio.
Hardware:



Must own a reliable laptop capable of running Adobe Creative Suite without lag.
Software: Functional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Portfolio: Direct link (Behance, Drive, or Website) showcasing clean vector design, layout skills, and typography.
Mindset: High attention to detail ("measure twice, cut once"), process-driven, and comfortable balancing screen work with physical manual assembly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
