Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and perks in coordination with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The individual will handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, support leadership with workforce planning, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive work culture.





The Human Resources

Manager will collaborate closely with management and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.

Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation practices.

Capability in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data management.

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in services or hospitality sectors.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
