Designation: Manager- HR Operations

Top 5 things you will do in your role:
Lead End-to-End HR Operations
Own the complete employee lifecycle across PAN India—from onboarding to separation.
Ensure seamless execution of HR processes while delivering a positive employee experience.
Manage Core Payroll, HRMS & Perks
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, HRMS administration, advantages management, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination.
Ensure employee data accuracy within the HRMS and resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.
Drive HR Data, Reporting & Analytics
Maintain HRMS and employee databases with high data accuracy.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics using advanced Excel to support business decisions.
Strengthen Employee Experience & HR Processes
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
Manage employee relations, policy implementation, documentation, and continuously improve HR processes.
Partner with Business & COE Teams
Collaborate with business leaders and HR COEs to streamline HR operations.
Drive process optimization, automation initiatives,



and operational efficiency across HR functions.

Top 5 Things You Need to Have for This Role: 1. Strong Core Payroll Expertise
6+ years of HR Operations experience with hands-on ownership of end-to-end payroll, HRMS, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
HR Operations & HRMS Experience
Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR documentation, HRMS administration, employee relations, and separation.
Advanced Excel & Analytical Skills
Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis).
Ability to interpret HR data, generate insights, and create meaningful reports.
Stakeholder Management Skills
Ability to work effectively with business leaders, HR COEs, payroll vendors, and employees across multiple locations.
Process Improvement & Compliance Mindset
Robust understanding of HR policies, HR operations, compliance, and process automation, with a focus on driving operational excellence.
