The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for driving key HR operational processes with a robust focus on governance, compliance, employee lifecycle management, policy administration, and process excellence. The role ensures timely execution of exit formalities, disciplinary actions, CSR initiatives, and HR documentation while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Exit Management
Prepare Full & Final (F&F;) settlement inputs for exited employees and share with the payroll vendor within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain pending No-Dues/Clearances.
Review and validate the F&F; settlement register received from the payroll vendor to ensure accuracy.
Prepare F&F; files for eligible ex-employees and coordinate with Finance/Payroll for timely disbursement.

Disciplinary Action & Employee Governance
Maintain and publish the disciplinary action tracker as required.
Issue Show Cause Notices within 2 working days of receiving disciplinary inputs.




Coordinate investigations and ensure appropriate actions are completed within 10 working days of receiving the employee's response.
Maintain complete documentation of disciplinary cases while ensuring confidentiality.
Draft and circulate the monthly disciplinary framework and governance guidelines.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for planning and execution of CSR initiatives.
Track the progress of CSR activities and ensure timely completion.
Maintain records and reports related to CSR initiatives.

HR Policy & Documentation Management
Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with business requirements and regulatory changes.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
Ensure all HR documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with organizational standards.
Support policy communication and implementation across the organization.
