Salary: Up to 20,000 to 30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Prepare HR letters, policies, notices, and other official documents.
Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, and engagement activities.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.




Manage office administration, office supplies, and day-to-day office coordination.
Generate HR reports and provide administrative support to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR & Administration.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
