Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.




Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures.
Prepare and maintain production and shift reports.
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of plant employees.
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations.
Address and resolve any production or personnel issues promptly.
Ensure effective communication within the plant and with external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,827.00 per hour
