Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records. This full time, on-site role based in Pune will involve administering HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting performance management activities. The specialist will assist in recruitment and selection processes, schedule interviews, and help facilitate training and development programs.





The role also includes addressing employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations.

Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation and communication to staff.

Experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting performance processes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is beneficial.
