The Sleep Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 'HR Intern' to support the retail HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR analytics, HR projects, process improvement, and strategic HR initiatives while working closely with the retail HR function.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Support the retail HR team in maintaining and analyzing HR MIS and workforce reports.
Assist in the execution and tracking of HR projects and current HR initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and maintain HR data.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for business reviews.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives across the retail business.
Assist in process improvement and implementation of recent HR initiatives.
Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing HR activities.
