We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Operations Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR and operational activities. Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding recent employees and maintaining employee documentation.
Support HR administrative tasks and daily operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and operational processes.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
