About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
Create banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, and branding assets.
Develop engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Design recruitment creatives, job posts, and employer branding materials.
Edit images, illustrations, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to understand campaign requirements.
Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all creative materials.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.




Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in graphic designing.
A robust portfolio showcasing creative work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
Experience creating creatives for recruitment, corporate branding, or digital marketing.
