Moolchand Mill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR &
Payroll Head to lead HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS processes while ensuring productive workforce management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, leave, and full & final settlements.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, performance management, and HR policies.
Lead the HR &
Payroll team and ensure smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR &
Payroll MIS reports and drive process improvements using HRMS (Keka preferred).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
7–10 years of experience in HR &
Payroll with solid statutory compliance knowledge.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
