Responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests from overseas industrial equipment customers and distributors, including information recording, response, and resolution.

Responsible for handling quality issues covered under the warranty policy.

Provide overseas after-sales technical support and customer training, including equipment operation guidance and troubleshooting.

Provide in office repair and maintenance services when required.

Collect, analyze,



and organize common technical issues to improve service efficiency and customer experience. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Fluency in spoken English and Chinese is required. Candidates with overseas customer service or technical support experience are preferred.

Willingness to travel internationally.

Candidates with an Indian visa will be preferred. 岗位职责：

1、负责海外工业机终端客户、经销商的咨询、投诉的信息录入、解答与处理工作；

2、负责三包内质量问题处理工作；

3、负责海外售后技术支持与客户培训工作；

4、负责必要的上门维修服务工作；

5、负责常见技术问题收集与整理工作。 岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、电子信息专业，中英语口语流利，有海外客服经验优先；

2、可接受出差；

3、有印度签证加分
