Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Min. 1 yrs experience in Real estate is a must

Role and Responsibilities
Provide upscale guest experiences to clients / Guests visiting the site office.
Ensure guests/ clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
Monitoring daily updates from Sales Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring Client Slots are assigned.
Coordinate Inventory (Pantry, stationery, Brochures, etc.,)
Give accurate feedback to the Sales Officer post Sample unit visit.
Ensure special guests receive personalized attention.
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and Team
Expected flair for communication, with the ability to decimate information in an accurate manner.
Monitoring & supervising the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness & hygiene of Front office / Lobby area.
Participating and coordinating with other teams in the planning and Execution of events that happen at the site, ensuring smooth execution.
