Role & responsibilities:-
Perform routine and specialized Hematology and Clinical Pathology laboratory tests.
Operate and maintain automated hematology analyzers and laboratory equipment.
Analyze blood, urine, stool, body fluids, and other clinical specimens.
Prepare and examine peripheral blood smears using microscopy.
Perform CBC, ESR, Coagulation, Urine Analysis, Semen Analysis, Stool Examination, and Body Fluid Analysis.
Ensure accurate sample processing, testing, validation, and reporting.
Conduct internal quality control (IQC) and participate in external quality assurance (EQAS) programs.
Calibrate laboratory instruments and perform routine maintenance.
Maintain documentation, test records, and laboratory registers as per NABL/NABH standards.
Follow SOPs, biosafety protocols,



and infection control guidelines.
Identify abnormal findings and escalate critical values to the Pathologist.
Ensure proper specimen collection, handling, storage, and disposal.
Coordinate with clinicians and other laboratory departments for timely reporting.
Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables.
Comply with all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), DMLT, or equivalent.
Registration with the Telangana State Paramedical Council (if applicable).
