Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and brand identity elements.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing logos, layouts, and visual systems that align with client brand guidelines and AVW Storytellers’ creative standards. The role involves collaborating closely with content creators, strategists, and account teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals, maintaining consistency across campaigns and platforms.

The Graphic

Designer will also prepare files for production, refine designs based on feedback,



and stay updated on design trends and tools to continually improve visual output.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphic Design and the creation of visually engaging Graphics for digital and print media.
Candidates should possess experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive, memorable brand identities.
Candidates should possess solid Typography skills to ensure readability, hierarchy, and aesthetic balance in all visual materials.
Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Candidates should possess a strong portfolio showcasing creative, client-focused design work across multiple formats and platforms.
Candidates should possess positive communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; agency or brand-side experience is an advantage.
