Industrial Quality Leadership Senior QC Engineer /: The "Defect Containment Authority " and "Dimensional Integrity Guardian " of our manufacturing facility is the QC Engineer Quality Control Engineer. Your main responsibility is to methodically carry out functional verifications, measurement tests, and physical inspections throughout the shop floor, making sure that each batch of raw materials, in/-process component, and final product precisely complies with structural engineering prints and customer specifications. As the "First/-Line Quality Shield, " you oversee localized containment loops for non/-conforming products, keep shop/-floor testing equipment calibrated to prevent defects at the source, and actively monitor daily production outputs.

Key Duties First/-Part and In/-Process Inspection/: Perform crucial "First/-Part Approval " runs at station installations. Then, on operating manufacturing lines, conduct regular hourly or batch/-based in/-process dimensional audits.

Incoming Material Validation/: Use random sample plans to check incoming raw materials,



cast components, forgings, or vendor/-supplied sub/-assemblies against technical standards and Material Test Certificates MTCs.

Precision Metrology Execution/: Use cutting/-edge shop/-floor metrology tools, such as verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, height masters, and Coordinate Measuring Machines CMM, to perform extremely accurate linear and geometric measurements on components. Blueprints and GD&T; Auditing/: To verify exact geometric conformance, interpret mechanical fabrication layouts, section blueprints, and intricate Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing GD&T; flags. Isolation of Non/-Conforming Products/: Initiate formal Non/-Conformance Reports NCRs to initiate engineering review tracks, and promptly isolate, red/-tag, and direct faulty goods to the shop/-floor quarantine zone.
