Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults in VRF/VRV systems, package units, AHUs, FCUs, ducted systems, ventilation systems, and split air-conditioning units.
Lead commissioning and testing of newly installed HVAC systems.
Analyze system performance and recommend energy-effective improvements.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.
Supervise service technicians and provide technical guidance during field operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and statutory regulations.
Maintain inventory of service tools, equipment, and critical spare parts.
Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) execution and emergency service calls.
Coordinate with project, sales, and procurement teams for technical support and spare requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.




Provide training to junior engineers and technicians on troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, psychrometrics, electrical controls, and HVAC automation.
Valid driving license (preferred, if field service is required).
