Role Description The HR Associate Intern will support day-to-day human resources activities and contribute to building effective people practices within Sanyukt Organisation. This internship role is in office and based in Prayagraj.

Responsibilities include assisting with HR operations such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The intern will help organize HR-related events, support performance and engagement activities, and communicate HR policies and updates to team members.



The role also involves collaborating with different departments, handling basic administrative tasks, and providing support on HR-related documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
Interest or experience in Training & Development and supporting learning initiatives.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work in office in Prayagraj, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and solid attention to detail.
Demonstrated interest in social impact, community work, or non-profit organizations is an advantage.
