We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our management team in improving employee performance, accountability, and engagement. This is a strategic HR role focused on KPI management, employee coaching, and performance reviews rather than routine HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Develop KPIs and KRAs for all departments and employees.
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with employees.
Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
Identify employee concerns and provide practical solutions.
Work closely with department managers to improve productivity.
Conduct probation and annual performance reviews.
Recommend training, promotions, increments, and performance-based rewards.
Prepare monthly performance dashboards and management reports.
Support recruitment by evaluating shortlisted candidates when required.
Promote a positive and high-performance work culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner, Performance Management, or HR Consulting experience.
Robust experience in KPI development and performance appraisal systems.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.




Experience in SME, engineering, construction, or ELV/ICT companies is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and provide strategic HR guidance.
