Key Responsibilities Generate new security service contracts through personal network and market outreach.

Lead end-to-end security operations across client sites.

Ensure smooth deployment, client satisfaction, and service quality.

Manage Operations Managers, Field Officers,



Supervisors, and Security Personnel.

Handle client meetings, contract renewals, escalations, and profitability.

Achieve business growth and operational targets.

Requirements 8+ years of experience in a reputed security services company.

Proven experience in both operations and business development.

Robust network with Admin Heads, Facility Heads, Procurement Teams, and Corporate Clients.

Ability to independently build and grow the security business.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
